Those with parents or siblings with skin cancer can be at an increased risk.  Those that have been diagnosed with skin cancer are also at an increased risk  for developing the disease again.  Hereditary conditions that affect the skin's pigment or repairing abilities can also cause increased risk.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Stage 0- Cancer is limited to the epidermis and has not spread yet to the dermis.<br><br>Stage 1- Cancer is less than 2 cm and is less than an inch across.  Hasn't spread to the lymph nodes or organs.<br><br>Stage 2- Cancer is larger than 2 cm across and has not spread to organs or lymph nodes, or a tumor of any size with 2 or more high risk features.<br><br>Stage 3- Cancer has spread into facial bones or 1 lymph node, but has not spread to any other organs.<br><br>Stage 4- Cancer can be any size and has spread to 1 or more lymph nodes.  Larger than 3 cm and may have spread to bones or other organs in the body.</div>]]></description>
