The main types of sleep apnea are Obstructive sleep apnea, Central sleep apnea, and Complex sleep apnea syndrome. Symptoms might be loud snoring, episodes where you stop breathing during sleep, gasping for air during sleep, waking up with a dry mouth, morning headache, irritability, etc. Treatments for sleep apnea might consist of physical exercise, CPAP and airway management, surgery, etc.</div>]]></description>
