         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that many people take it for granted that being in a "richer" area that students will have access to more resources. I think working in a poverty area like NNPS, it is highly valued to see students get out of some of the situations they are in. A huge factor of that is reaching students during their k-12 education. I think NNPS investment in education is an attempt to reach all students in need.</div>]]></description>

If a school's reading scores are low, it may not occur to them to focus on technology implementation.
