It's fall y'all! Let's get in the mood with the most amazing pumpkin thing ever, other than a pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks. I have made this recipe specifically, so many times, it's in my head forever. Ok, so this is the ingredient that will be a little harder to find, Dark brown sugar. It is literally all the difference when you want a perfect muffin. Follow a recipe for pumpkin spice that you love, and switch standard brown sugar for DARK brown sugar.
Ok, so now time for the "review" part of the blog. 10/10. So good, best fall treat ever!

Vanilla Creme ( Starbucks style)

I am obsessed with this Starbucks drink, cause it has no caffeine in it, but is so good. Your probably thinking, "just buy the drink from starbucks." I'm thinking, "Its so freaking expensive!!!" So, yes Starbucks is good, but it will blow out my mom's bank account. Ok, anyway, I really love this drink, and had time to kill on a Saturday morning. So basically, I came up with this very simple recipe to substitute when I have already gone over my weekly limit of 1-2 a week. Take some vanilla extract, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, powdered sugar, and if your bougie, you might have vanilla syrup. So just use that. Ok, put all this in a blender and blend it for a bit, then pour it out into a microwave safe container. Then heat for 1 minute. Then, after all that, your done so just add some whipped cream on top, and enjoy.

This is a condiment that is rare, so definitely underrated. But it's so good and so ridiculously easy to make. Seriously. Ok, if you have not figured it out yet, the ingredients are in the name. All you need is butter(not salted) and honey. That's it! Unless you want to be extra. If so, just add rosemary for scent and a savory tint. So melt the butter, add the honey and maybe
rosemary, then freeze for 30 minutes or so. Then spread on cornbread or toast. Yum!

Ok, there are like, millions of ways to make pancakes. Really. I can name 5 recipes of the top of my head. But, the one I am going to write about today, is a classic. It's just a plain recipe that is more like a base. So you can tailor it to your custom taste. Ok, so use flour, eggs, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, sugar, milk and butter. Now, I'm going to be honest, I don't remember the exact order to mix the ingredients or the amount... But just remember, dry, then wet, ingredients. Then mix in your ad-ins, or be basic and leave them plain. After that put the mix on the pan and cook till golden brown. Then I usually add syrup or butter, but if you want, add whipped cream.

This drink is perfect for summer! It is made for relaxing by the pool, or lounging at the beach. It takes about 15 minutes to make a pitcher full of this fruity drink. All you need is lemons, strawberries, sugar or honey, water and ice. First squeeze the lemons and juice the strawberries. (leave some strawberries whole so you can see them in the pitcher) Then add 1-3 tablespoons to some water, and add the lemon juice and the strawberry juice. Or replace sugar with honey. Add ice and your refreshing drink is done.

Cinnamon rolls (icing)

Cinnamon rolls are literally worth living for. I sound crazy, but these will make Cinnabon jealous. Ok, so really, making cinnamon rolls sounds hard, but it's just a matter of the way you make them. Usually I just buy the premade dough, and make my own icing. If you choose to do this, then here is the recipe for my icing. Take powdered sugar, butter, cream cheese and vanilla extract and blend in a bowl. Like most of my recipes, I usually "eyeball it", but looking up the exact measurements is not too hard. Heat the icing mixture, and spread on cinnamon roll. Now, if you want to be extra, make your own dough. There are some really great recipes out there, but sadly, this is not one of them. But, I will try to make my own dough in the future! I recommend eating with fruit and a tall glass of orange juice.

But the dressing I have never seems to taste fresh or complimentary to the type of salad I that I am eating.

Cornbread is a classic and is said to have been around about 7,000 years. Cornbread is the center of wholesome family living, and can tie a meal together. This is a traditional recipe that compliments lots of different styles of food, and traditionally used in BBQ. Ok, so here is my interpretation of betty crocker's fantastic recipe for "drop dead cornbread." Use butter-1/4, egg-1, milk-1 cup, cornmeal-1 1/4 flour-1 cup, sugar-1/3, honey-4 tbsp, baking powder- 1 tbsp, salt-1/2 tbsp. Then mix all of this in a bowl, and bake for 20/25 minutes at 400 degrees. Then add some of my special honey butter. (Find in earlier post.) Then eat till your heart's content.

Believe it or not, I actually found this recipe by accident! It's so easy when you think about it, all I did , and all you have to do, is make a batch of lemonade. Yep, that's it! Well other than replacing the water in the lemonade with sparkling water. Add extra sugar, and freeze for at least 12 hours. For best results, defrost and mix before eating.

This is freaking good! And it seems difficult, but it really is easy! First, get sugar, milk, brown sugar, and a hot pan. Put 1 cup of sugar in the pan, and add 1/2 cup of milk. Add 2 table spoons of brown sugar in the pan, and turn the stove to the medium temperature. Then let cook till the the mixture turns golden, and make sure to keep stirring the caramel, or the sugar will burn. But, if you make it right, you will get a great and yummy result!
