As a child, we should be aware that our parents are getting older. so to be a good child we must pray for their health so they can still be with us and watch us grow up. That's why it is important for us to cherish every moment with them.

Obey Them 

as a children, we must be obedience towards them as they are well experienced than us and they know what's best for us. we know that they have faced many things and they already acknowledge their mistakes so for sure they don't want us to repeat the same mistakes anymore. We were still growing and maturing so the help from parents is very important for us to know which path we are going.

Allah says in Surah Isra' verse 23, “Your Lord has decreed that you worship none but Him and that you be kind to parents. Whether one or both of them attain old age in your life, say not to them a word of contempt, nor repel them, but address them in terms of honour.“ As children, it's a must to not show our displeasure towards our parents. Whether it's through your words or your actions.

Take Care of Their Wellbeing

Once our parents have reached such an old age where they are unable to take care of themselves, it's up to us as their children to take good care of them. It's our duty and responsibility to make sure they are able to live the rest of their life well. Feed them, clothe them, clean them and treat them just as how they've done so for us.

- why do we need to do it ? mother had given birth to us, father put all his hard work to get us food, clothes & shelter, these jobs aren't easy to be done
- all parents are not the same, some are strict, sporty, silent and many more. nevertheless, they always have time to give us protection and all the basic things
- why not at least ease their life for good ? we need to pay off their kindness & care that they have showered us, though their acts may be subtle or not obvious, but by ease and helping them, it'd make them feel glad to have us in their life
- just as stated in the hadis riwayah at-Thabrani "The best among you are those who bring greatest benefits to many others"

Speak with courtesy

- sometimes our parents cant understand us, and because of that we started to feel mad towards them due to misunderstanding
- this could break the family bond
- however, by being patient and speak with courtesy, though they may give a lot of accuses because they don't agree with us, we must use nice & comforting words, after they have complaint everything to us, then it's our time to explain our circumstances by speaking with courtesy with them, insyaAllah they'll understand us
- e.g: they don't allow us to join a program that we like the most like a program that contain our hobby,  maybe they disagree with us because of the fee, or thinking it isn't beneficial, but by speaking with courtesy & comforting, it'll soon open their heart to allow us, insyaAllah
- remember, if we want our parents to respect us, then we need to respect them first

It is obliged for us to follow their advices as long as they don't contradict with Allah's Laws and instructions. They know what's better for us so that we could achieve a good life. They have faced a lot of Do's and Don'ts in their life so we ought to acknowledge their advices. Do not ignore or reject their advices because it may corrupt us if we chose to not listen to them.

Be A Good Child

Children must know that being a parent is not easy. They dealt with lots of things such as money, works, family and many more. Being a good child in all aspects, as in speaking, demeanor towards them and others, will more likely to make them feel glad to have us in their life. Being a good child also could make them feel proud as they don't have to worry about us too much as they know we could take care of ourselves.

Sis. Syai conducted a fun game which we need to find partners that have something in common , for instances; favourite colour, birth month, father's hometown etc.

My group is named as Croissant. Fun fact, it is pronounce as Kue Song' and not Kroi Sant :) I met different kind of group members came from different courses. They all are funny and I had fun knowing them! Anyways, here are my 4 group members:

Before giving a simple task by Sis Syai, she asked us an 'amal that Allah loves the most ; which is none other than being consistently(istiqomah) doing a good deed. Then, a representative of each group shared their daily 'amal that have benefits for us Muslims , such as reciting dzikr daily via an app, performing dhuha, recite al-Mulk before going to sleep, watch online tazkirah on Instagram reels and read al-Quran after Maghrib.

Sis Syai told a story of an Indonesia's movie called "Ajarin Aku Islam" . Basically the story is about a man who wished to marry a Muslim woman. He was being attracted by her good demeanors/akhlak and therefore he find his way to learn Islam so that he could marry her as Islam prohibit a Muslim marry a non-Muslim though during his journey he faced lots of challenges especially his family's rejection. Sis Syai provided us an ayah,

^{He cried, “No! Your souls must have tempted you to do something ˹evil˺. So ˹I am left with nothing but˺ beautiful patience!1 I trust Allah will return them all to me. Surely He ˹alone˺ is the All-Knowing, All-Wise.”  (Surah Yusuf : 83)}

In which we can learn that we should never give up on Allah's mercy and always put HOPE onto Allah as Allah knows the very best for us :)

- If we dont follow, then there's no point of doing the act because at the end, it will not be accepted

Al-Kahf : 110

Meaning:  let them do good deeds : good deeds means doing our amal in a correct way

Showing Sincerity to Allah SWT

- Doing good deeds not only from people to people. But also we can do good deeds between us and Allah 
- Allah SWT created human, Shaytan, Angels and all his creations perfectly. But other than Angels, human and Shaytan are imperfect.
- Shaytan will be forever disobeying Allah. 
- Therefore, us as human who have faith, to cover the imperfection is by showing the sincerity.
- Showing sincerity also gain us the forgiveness from Allah SWT. It is also be a way for a human to repent from the sins and bad deeds. 
- For instance, when we are praying, we can show our sincerity by praying with khusyuk and focus to Allah 
- Allah SWT loves his servants who are sincerely worshipping Him without any force.
- Those who did not practice a correct or true manner in doing amal may not be willing to do so in the first place.

Represent Real Image of Islam

As a Muslim,we should play our role to potray the right teaching in islam. As we know, not everyone titled as Muslim is a  good Muslim. But the least we can do is to avoid doing the vices and show good attitude by practicing the correct amal. This kind of behaviour can literally attract the non believers to get to know more about Islam and the beauty of this religion of peace. And for sure that's one of  our aim of becoming a good Muslim so we can lead more human being on this word to believe in Allah. Every single person born in this dunya was meant to be vicegerent to guide the others to the right path. Moreover, practicing a correct amal also strongly associated to do it with the right niyyah. We should do something for the sake of Allah and for His creations, because truly the highest bounties is to get the blessings from Allah and His rahmat.T herefore, by practicing the correct amal, we can show the best image of Islam to other people, and also gain Allah pleasure so that our live will become complete and peace.

Motivate Us to be Better Muslim

Being Muslim is the greatest blessing of Allah Almighty. so we suppose to feel greatfull . We should try to become a better Muslim in any way . We should know that being a better version of ourselves will help us to be more successful in this life and Hereafter too .  We all need to become a better Muslim and continue on learning and practicing all the things that make us a better Muslim. To be a good Muslim and to truly please Allah takes work and effort. In order to be a true Muslim, a person has to put Islam to practice and follow it not just say it . Read the Quran whenever possible, Find a collection of Hadith and read it regularly. You will start to feel a connection to Allah (SWT) and you will become used to Islam as a religion and way of life. For a Muslim , Quran and Hadith of Prophet Muhammad is a guidance for us .

Pleasing Allah SWT

in BM is also known as "mendapat redha Allah". To understand how it works is none other than because Allah simply cherish and like it. Any kind of amalan that is being practiced correctly and with good deed is always come with niyyah for Allah. Analogically, following school rules will please the teachers. To perform correct amal also can be meant by not to harm ourselves or anyone or anything around us. The impact when we get to please Allah is our activities will run smoothly. Not only that, our heart
will feel calm and can prevent any suspicious feeling as we do the correct amal. For Instance, when we wished to do something, we sometimes had a thought of "if i do this thing, is it correct?". This could be meant that we're not actually doing the right amal. Therefore, we must balance our correct amal for dunya and Hereafter too to gain Allah pleases.

- A US surgeon did an implantation of a heart from a genetically modified pig in a 57-year-old man. It was successful.
- In Brazil, a towering slab of rock broke from a cliff and fell onto tourist boats and caused 7 deaths at Brazillian Lake.
- A Malaysian boy went missing for 2 days after he went to a forest to urinate, though he only said that he felt like he only fell asleep for a day.
- Omicron virus entered Malaysia through Singapore and now there are 64 variant cases detected.

Izzati : went to meet a counselor to seek help for her mental health. Never feel ashamed to reach out for help as there's always a place for us to beg for assistance.
Adelia : peers studying encouraged her to study better and easier. Grateful to have room mates who willingly to help her.
Zulaika : able to manage the time although have been busy every week with studying and playing netball. Glad Friday could be a rest day.
Syaza : Grateful for being herself as she always practiced the ayah 44 of surah Ghafir to never give up ; ^{"And you will remember what I [now] say to you, and I entrust my affair to Allah. Indeed, Allah is Seeing of [His] servants."}

- What I learnt from today’s ALRU is 5 pillars of Islam is a path for us to be a successful Muslim. Therefore, we must perform the 5 obliged prayers with khusyu' as it's a source of success in life. As stated in surah Al-'Ankabut verse 45 and surah Al-Mu'minun verse 1 & 9 respectively.

<sup>(O Prophet), recite the Book that has been revealed to you and establish Prayer. Surely Prayer forbids indecency and evil. And Allah's remembrance is of even greater merit. Allah knows all that you do. (45)

Successful indeed are the believers (1) , And they who carefully maintain their prayers (9)</sup>

- The Creation of Nafs . Nafs didn't admit Allah as The Creator. Allah commanded the Malaikah to throw Nafs into the hell for 1000 years and yet it still denied Allah as his Creator. Then again, Allah throw it to a hot place called Zahrin and it still denied it until Allah commanded Malaikah to not provide it food and never fulfill any Nafs' wishes, later Nafs admitted that He's indeed his Creator. (surah al-Baqarah : 183). This shows that to control our Nafs, we must fast.

- By giving alms or zakah, we could practice ourselves to be generous and in fact, the benefit is we could lessen the gap of the society's ranks. (surah At-Taubah : 103)

- Performing pilgrimage or Hajj may eliminate our sins, strengthen the Ukhuwah Islamiah from all over the world and instill sabr in our heart.

2. In Al-Baqarah ayah 216, " But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah knows, while you know not " fits this situation the most as Kartini wished to study abroad at Netherland but couldn't , however, knowing that education for women in Indonesia has spreaded, it is much better.
3. Sis Syai reminded us that Islam elevate women no matter what. She also mentioned that we must fine a right partner/soulmate and friends that can lead us to the right path.

- Bola Beracun : We get to know to each other as the person who got hit by the ball must stated one thing they like.

- Malaysia : Rohana, a young muslimah girl was adopted by a chinese woman. Although they are different races and religion, the woman always make sure Rohana receive a proper Islamic teachings.
- Oversea : Indonesia : Their capital is changing from Jakarta to Kalimantan.
- UIA : one positive case in Zahrawi is detected. Not only that, the 'positive-student' went from level 1 to level 5 to meet his friends and now the mahallah is in lockdown again.

1. Nurin : she was grateful that she can managed her time despite of her busy schedule. She mentioned that it is not wrong to reward yourself some expensive things as it is shown as loving ourselves.
2. Amira Aisyah : there was one time she couldn't fall asleep. Therefore, she did tahajjud and study.
3. Maisarah : she is an introvert and worried  as it's hard to make friends. But living in CFS changed her mind as she now has gained a lot of friends.
4. Aini : During UI lesson, she studied about Belief in Malaikah. Then, her lecturer told her class that to pound on the pillow for 3 times and said what time you wish to wake up, because it is said that Malaikat Hafazah will wake you up in many ways such as bad dream, sounds etc.

Ame, the son decided to live in the wild while Yuki, the daughter pursued her studies into highschool while their mom accepted her fate and support them.

Lessons :
1. With niat, we could prevent ourselves from any evil deeds
2. set our niat to avoid harm on ourselves and to others. Just set one at a time such as studying for Allah for this night, so tomorrow change to another niat.
3. IMPACT - with no good niat, we'll be easily give up because with niat, we get the motivation and passion for Allah

- if the one accidently slip while swearing but without niat, then it won't affect him but if he swore with niat, then if he didn't do it he is sinned

surah at-Taubah : 64
- Munafik = they're afraid if there's any surah that talk about them because they don't want their identity to be revealed.

Kicap : make a big circle and each person has to state 1 number accordingly but when there's multiple 7 or contain 7 in the numbers then they must clap their hand and say "KICAP" . Those who lose must choose any number from 1-110 and answer the question.

Malaysia : Heavy rain had been continuously fall down and caused a sinkhole at Sri Kembangan, Selangor. There were 13 vehicles parked there and only 8 cars were saved from the incident. Fortunately there's no any casualty.
Oversea : A stampede occurred at a stadium in Afrika. Audiences were fighting to take the front place especially, and caused 8 deaths, 2 women, 4 men, 1 child and a lot of people were injured including a baby who got stepped by people. Next, in New Zealand, Tonga volcano erupted which was bigger than the bomb atom at Hiroshima. Along with Tsunami and 3 deaths reported. The toxic dust from the volcano make things worse to find food and water.
UIA : In the morning, there's another positive case in Mahallah Zahrawi at level 2, then, another 4 girls are also infected. 

Aqilah - The week had been tough for her with exams and quizzes. But whatever it is, she would redha and tawakal to Allah who know the best.
Izzah - Her period circulation is 2 weeks late. But now that she's finally got her period, she's grateful for it as she finally could rest for awhile.
Irdina - She was feeling down with her recent exam answers but her room mate gave her advices and support though her room mate was giving advice "jokingly" but she took it seriously as it what made her stand strong again.
Sarah - there was a Hisbah Open Day and my room mates and I put all out for this competition to win and Alhamdullilah we got no.1. Then on Thursday, our fellow visited us and wished to thank us for support the event, she said she would treat us food one day, InsyaAllah.
Wan - Her younger sibling wanted a bag for her new school as she's going to be form 1 soon but her sibling is shy to ask her mother for one so Wan shared some of her money though she need it in campus but she believes that the more sharing, the more rezqi we will get.

- "The Significance of Solat with Khusyuk"
- In YouTube, Nouman Ali Khan said that being khusyuk is easy. It means that to isolate self, be lower and humble also to be khusyuk, we need to ponder our heart deeply to al-Quran.
- Throw away any distraction and at least take 20 sec to focus only for Allah.
- Khusyuk can obtain not only for Muslims, but also towards Non-Muslim as this encourage them to accept Islam too if they are khusyuk of the true meaning of this religion.
- Nouman Ali Khan had a friend who's already passed away, his friend wasn't a Muslim at first, his friend had done a lot of researches about religions and finally he accepted Islam as it's the most logical, truthful religion.
- Solat is a form of communicating with Allah. 
- Each of sentences in Surah Al-Fatihah is indeed being answered by Him an heard by the Angels.
- A sirah once told about Prophet Musa in which Allah directly TALKED to him. Allah said that to remember Him, then the one need to PRAY.
- Ways to be khusyuk in prayers:
1. at-Ta'ah : Do what Allah has told us
2. Jihad : Do any acts earnestly for Allah. Those who are in Jihad and died , he's a martyr. 
3. Muhasabah : Always remember we're going to die soon, if bad things happened on that day, then recall back if we had done any sunnah or obligations.
4. Iffah : take care of ourselves from any evil deeds
5. Tawadduk : we're only a mere human, being takabbur will only lead our heart to be blackened by it.

A  female teacher with Tourette Syndrome, named Tr. Naina, who taught the back class. The students were naughty but that won't stop her for teaching them. One day, there was a Science Competition but her students' work was sabotaged by a mean teacher who like to compare the front and the back class. Then, there was a scene where it was an exam day and at first her students wanted to cheat but put aside that idea. Later, they got good result and the mean teacher accused them for cheating but it was wrong, it was Tr. Naina who changed the exam questions instead. In the end, Tr. Naina became a principal and her students passed with rainbow colours.

Lessons:
1. Never give up to achieve our ambition.
2. There's always someone who will support us at the back.
3. Study earnestly.
4. Find ways to make interesting learnings.

Radio Rosak - make 2 lines, the most front person need to memorise some sentences and pass to people at the back. The last person need to say the full sentence and see if it matched with the original or not. Also did the same game but instead of wordings, it changed to gestures.

Malaysia : Increasing of stock price especially chickens and eggs. She once experienced that when she first bought He & She drink, it was roughly RM6 but now, it is RM10-RM11. Also, regarding COVID-19 issues, it is reported that it has reached 7000+ cases which is mostly came from the instituition.

UIA : COVID-19 cases in Mahallah Zahrawi also rised. Zahrawi's students should be able to go to offline classes as there was no longer lockdown but after 1 week, they have to go through another lockdown. Nasha's male classmates consist of 19 people and 18 of them are from Mahallah Zahrawi so mostly they have to go for online class mode.

1. Sabrina - she was afraid to survive in CFS as she's far from her family, she kept praying for Allah to have good friends and room mates. Alhamdulillah she's surrounded with nice people. She has a classmate who would treat the class like food especially. This caused great bonding among them. Also, she has a mother who can always pray for her well-being.
2. Alya - She's grateful to have CNY holidays although it is only 2 days. She had been busy with assignments and all, so she joined a program on Tuesday in which she needed to play fun sports. She finally got to meet more friends and can release her stress.
3. Aisyah - She's also grateful for these holidays as her stress can be released. In CFS, she can all out do her assignments and works, because if she stayed in her home, she would only sleep so she's grateful to go to CFS to improve her discipline.

- The reason why in the verse it is MAY is because to obtain Taqwa is not simple
- Taqwa 🡆 Wiqayah(noun) : Protection
- Protect us from disobeying Allah
- We have the choice to eat, drink, do the sexual intercourse and anything that can nullify the fast but we choose to not to because we have the FEAR towards Allah
- Analogy: The soldiers didn't get to directly fight with the enemy, they usually undergo with trainings then they are able to experience the real situation. Same goes with sawm, we need to train ourselves by fasting 30 days so that we could refrain ourselves from doing any evil deeds.

Title : 47 Ronin (Japanese)

While hunting in the forest, Lord Asano and his samurai find a young half-breed named Kai and take him with them to live in the castle. Several years later, Lord Asano holds a tournament to welcome the Shogun to Ako (the empire). The night after the tournament, Lord Asano is bewitched into hurting Lord Kira, and is punished into committing seppuku by the Shogun. Realizing that it was a Lord Kira's evil plot, the samurais and Kai sets out for revenge against the Shogun's order. Since Lord Asano is dead, the 47 samurais(including Oishi and Kai) have no lord, so they are called as Ronin and thus, became the 47 Ronin. Soon, the 47 Ronin commit Seppuku (suicide by killing each other) because they didn't follow the law of the empire as they took revenge on Lord Kira by killing him.

Lessons:
1. Be dutiful towards your leader. Follow the right leader and if the leader did wrongdoings, then either we giving him advices or don't follow him anymore to protect ourselves from doing bad things.
2. Never be a megalomaniac or also known as power-hungry as it will lead us to doom.

Al-Baqarah : 286
_{Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity. It will have [the consequence of] what [good] it has gained, and it will bear [the consequence of] what [evil] it has earned. "Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred. Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that which You laid upon those before us. Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no ability to bear. And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy upon us. You are our protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people."}

Allah won't give the test to people who can't face it. Therefore, we must work hard and believe in ourselves that we can bear with it.

Malaysia: COVID-19 cases reached 19,000+ on 10/2/2022. Not only that, even the Omicron virus had spread all over the world including Malaysia.
Oversea: A 5-year-old boy named Rayyan who lived in Morocco fell into a 32m-deep well when he was walking with his father. After called the fire fighters, they gave Rayyan water and oxygen supply to maintain his survival. On the fifth day, Rayyan could finally get out of the well and rode the ambulance to the hospital but on his way, he passed away.
UIA: COVID-19 cases caused both boys' Mahallah which are Mahallah Biruni and Mahallah Zahrawi to undergo lockdown.

1. Iman - She is grateful that on this week; Wednesday, she only had 1 exam which is Physics, though there were some questions she's unable to give the right answers but she tried her best to finish them up. Not only that, there was an announcement yesterday that all of female students can go back home in which, it has been 2 months living in CFS; registered on 10th Dec 2021 and end with 10th Feb 2022. After some reflection, there's a ton of things that can be grateful for, there's no such things as being grateful to bigger stuff, all that we have to do is, be grateful to EVERYTHING.

Surah Ibrahim : 7
_{And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed, 'If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]; but if you deny, indeed, My punishment is severe.'"}

2. Athirah - She also had Physics exam on Wednesday, at first she couldn't answer some questions but Allah sent her a friend to help her by giving tips. Furthermore, she also grateful that her lecturer postponed another Physics Test on another week to avoid being clash with Statistic Exam next Week.

3. Faqihah - She reminded us not to be stressful and down over things. These emotions can be controlled but us but either we want it or let them eat us from inside. She said that we need to find something to avoid us having those feelings, for Qihah, she's grateful that she's surrounded with 5/6 friends from her previous school that understood her. As usual, always say "alhamdulillah" in our daily life.

4. Nabiha - She's most grateful that she's able to go back home as she missed her parents and siblings. Not only that, she had an Excel exam but messed it up. However, her room mates and friends gave her advices and support that it's all right, she can do better next time.

5. Nasha - this week was her toughest week ever. She got Arab presentation, Physics Test and Obt Maths in a day. The night before the exams, she was stressing out but she didn't show it to her room mates. However, her room mates understand her body languages as she didn't talk much and only stayed at her study table. Therefore, her room mates gave her chocolates and some supportive notes to cheer her up, in which she cried and feel grateful to have good people surround her.

Title: Virtues in Sedeqah & Zakat

Al-Baqarah : 83
_{And [recall] when We took the covenant from the Children of Israel, [enjoining upon them], "Do not worship except Allah; and to parents do good and to relatives, orphans, and the needy. And speak to people good [words] and establish prayer and give zakāh." Then you turned away, except a few of you, and you were refusing.}

- Sedeqah : volunteery act
- our niyyah is to please Allah and not expecting of any return
- Ibn Abbas said that "Allah’s messenger (Rasulullah) was the most generous person, even more generous than the strong uncontrollable wind"
- similarities : Zakat is oblige to all of the Muslims, however, Sedeqah is not an obligation but is encourage to do so.

Virtues of Sedeqah and Zakat:
1) in Hadith Bukhari, "Whoever fulfilled the needs of his brother, Allah will fulfill his needs"
2) ease hardship and calamity/disaster - life is a test, by giving sedeqah during hardships, shows our Iman & gratitude.
3) Remove our sins even if it's tiny, it will protect us from Hellfire

Surah Ar-Ra'ad : 39
_{Allah eliminates what He wills or confirms, and with Him is the Mother of the Book}

Additional from Sis Syai :
1. Some people accidently took stuff without knowing it's Haram as they didn't get the owners' permissions, therefore, by doing zakat, we're cleansing our sins.
2. When we pack our belongings and felt too heavy, the the 'heavy-parts' are actually belong to others, so sedeqah them.
3. While doing sedeqah & zakat, always tawakkal to Allah to avoid having the feeling of fear of stuff deductions.
4. We're actually doing business with Allah in our life, we follow His commands by sacrificing our assets, He will provide us better rewards/substitutions.
5. Tell our future husband to learn about zakat especially "zakat emas".

Title: The Invisible Man

Cecelia is a woman who involved with an abusive relationship with her boyfriend, Adrian, managed to escape from her boyfriend's house with the help of her sister, Emily. She stayed at James' house (policeman) and she got a news that finally Adrian suicided. However, she's always being disturbed by something and felt like someone is watching her. People don't believe her until at a point she had to go to the Hospital Psychiatric. Finally the so-called Invisible Man showed himself which is Adrian's little brother, the Invisible Man ran to James' house to attack him and James' child but Cecelia able to shoot him dead. Adrian was actually being locked in an underground room by his own little brother. Cecelia believed Adrian was also a part of this incident so she killed him and made it as if he killed himself.

LESSONS: 
1. Being revengeful won't lead us to anywhere except calamity.
2. Never be in an abusive relationship; find a better partner to have a happy life.
3. Always make some researches when believing to someone and not simply accuse them that they have mental problems.
4. Seek helps when needed because we can't survive on our own without others.

Surah Al-Kafirun : 1-6
1. This surah is well-known as a surah that can protect us from syaitan when we sleep.
2. We get rewards when we read this surah as if we read 1/4 of al-Quran.
3. Can eliminate the feeling of jealousy when we read 11x after Subuh and 11x after Isyak.

Rasulullah said "read this surah and sleep after reading it as this surah is a self cleansing from Syirik"

Title: Benefits of Being Patient

1. A condition of success and prosperity
2. Helps us to make a better decisions
- e.g: when a family is in quarrel, ask them to be patient and take some time to cool down/muhasabah, later, insyaAllah Allah will provide ideas to solve the matters/problems
3. Better mental and physical health
- Strong emotions like stress, furious, anxiety need to be controlled by being patient, insyaAllah we will get rewards by it. If we don't take care of our mental health, it can lead to physical health problems such as hypertension and heart attack.
4. Bring us peace
- Have a strong believe to Allah as Allah will never leave us alone.
5. Makes us a favorable person
- surround yourself with people who apply sabr in their life so that we also can teach ourselves to be sabr, and be an example to others as well.

Surah al-Qassas : 54
_{Those will be given their reward twice for what they patiently endured and [because] they avert evil through good, and from what We have provided them they spend.} 

Title: Virtues in Hajj & Umrah
1. Taqwa
- Abdullah b. Mas'ud RA said "Taqwa is always remembering Allah and never forgetting to Him and never disobey Him, be grateful to Him and do not commit transgressions"
- Saidina Ali RA said "Taqwa is the fear of Allah, worship and believes in the book revealed. Content with whatever little is given and prepare oneself for the Hereafter"
- not everyone can obtain Taqwa in their life; we need to find it ourselves
- everything is inside Hajj itself, it's like 5 in 1
- we must make effort to save up money to go for Hajj
- during Hajj, everyone is the same, thus we wear the same outfit which is the white cloth
- What's special about Islam is Muslims all over the world will gather in one place which is none other than Makkah
- Hajj is not only about strength and greatness, but also about discipline and obedience. The difficulty of keeping the limits of Allah SWT's prohibition is human nature. Therefore, Hajj is to show obedience to Allah and the strength to maintain the discipline of performing worship and TAQWA

2. Tadhhiyyah
- means : sacrifice

Surah Al-Kauthar : 2
_{So pray to your Lord and offer sacrifice [to Him alone]}

- Sacrifice time, energy, money (to do Hajj)
- Slaughter animals (based on Sirah Prophet Ibrahim AS) tposhow our piety towards Allah
- During any events, there'll be aunties and uncles asked about sensitive questions such as "when are you going to get married", it's actually a way for them to socialise, so be sabr
- Mutabaah:
1) Tahajjud (min 2x a month)
2) Subuh berjemaah (min 2x a month)
3) Dhuha (min 2x a week)
4) Mathurat (min 3x a week)
5) Tilawah (min 2 pages a day)
6) Istighfar (min 100x times)

- How to know our amal during Fasting Month are accepted? It is when we still doing those amal even after Ramadhan.
- Study because knowledge is power, as a Mahasiswi/Students, we must put our effort for a better society
