         <description><![CDATA[<div>Yes, our group believes that SB practices are quite effective, because it forces their entire supply chain (incl. farmers) to also adhere to ethical practices, not just profit-maximisation.<br><br>Controversies are difficult to control, definitely there will be some aspects that shortcuts will occur and scandals will result, but SB responds quite well. Basic goals of fair wages/fair WC etc. are met.&nbsp;<br><br>However, some of this may lead to increased profits via branding, so SB's motives are not entirely pure. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Despite CAFE, they clearly arent ethical, beacuse they are constantly breaching the labour laws, and we believe its all a shtick . Going against unionising workers etc... If they truly cared about their CSR in terms of labour rights, they should be paying a rightful wage, and if they do, they won't need to resort to child labour.<br>We feel Starbucks needs a review of the processes, because its not effective. Maybe from an external party.</div>]]></description>
