They "recharge" by being social.</div><ul><li>They have a low basic rate of arousal, meaning they need to work harder to arise their minds and bodies to get to the same "normal" state as introverts.&nbsp;</li><li>According to fastcompany.com, they seek adventure and crave the company of others. &nbsp;</li><li>Time with others is their way of bouncing back from working hard or focusing for a prolonged amount of time.</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><em>Definition:</em><br>According to lifehack.org, these are the people who are balanced between introversion and extroversion, possessing qualities from both sides. </div><ul><li>They generally enjoy being around people, but it will start to drain them after awhile. Solitude and quiet will still bring them peace, but not for an extreme amount of time. </li><li>Have the ability to "recharge" with a mix of social interaction and alone time.</li><li>Typically seen as the "more boring" or "neutral" people.</li><li>However, they tend to perform better in sales than both introverts and extroverts due to their ability to understand a majority of perspectives and adapt easier to different situations. </li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><em>There's a difference between how introverts and extroverts process rewards, and it has to do with their genetics.<br><br>Extroverts</em> have a stronger response when gambling pays off in the <strong>amygdala</strong> (which processes emotional stimuli) and <strong>nucleus accumbens</strong> (which motivates us to search for rewards). </div><ul><li>This is why they tend to seek novelty, take risks, enjoy unfamiliar and surprising situations, and get rushes of excitement when they do something highly stimulating that might overwhelm an introvert.</li></ul><div><br><em>Introverts</em> tend to think things through more before speaking, and aren't fond of anything unplanned or unexpected. They may seem trickier to understand than extroverts.</div><ul><li>They don't necessarily try to avoid crowds of people, but they find it tiring and would rather be with small, close groups of friends or alone in their thoughts. </li></ul>]]></description>
