  This is particularly important in semester 1 of 2nd year (when students are making decisions about doing a year in industry) and in final year, but should be open to first years as well. This could be a mini 'lecture' with a Q&A, informal sessions, or any other format. I think one problem at the moment might be that even if students/graduates are willing to share their experiences, they are not sure how to go about it.
