It starts with a movement of the hips with which we reverse the turn of our body to throw the ball.You have to do it gently and with your arms outstretched. The movement ends with the stick above the shoulder and parallel to the ground and our body curled on itself.

In my opinion it is a great release for what we are used to seeing, I have to say that it is made with a dribber but it is still a great release.
As major failures, I could highlight that foot that moves at the beginning, the lack of mobility of the hips and how little I move my back because if I don't move my back I can't perform the "L" movement back and forth.

Hello! This is the full swing that I realized in the golf course this morning. In my opinion, it was a good shot, but it had a few mistakes. For example, according to what Javier Atienza said, I shouldn't have carried the club so far behind my back when I was about to perform the shot. Also, I have to improve my movement of my hips and carry the weight from one leg to the another better. Furthermore, I didn't follow the movement all the way through, I should have followed the movement of the swing a little longer. However, the ball had a good trajectory and flew a lot and I think I was well positioned. The next time, I will improve these mistakes.
