I enjoyed your article about leadership theories. Educational leadership is one of my favorite parts of graduate studies. I find it all very interesting and applicable. I love learning about different leadership styles and applying different approaches to my leadership. 
I fall primarily into transformational leadership, but also have some qualities from other theories as well. What leadership theory do you align with the most?

Also...if you turn on comments, people can post under each article they read instead of directly to your board. All you have to do is turn comments on in your settings. I didn't have them turned on to start either :)
