He has headlined approximately 10 assemblies for kids while showing up for events that honor kids and staff. 

Hugo is no slouch in the ring either, fighting as a headliner on NBC, Showtime, and HBO while compiling a 25-1 record as a middleweight boxer. 
The concept of "Team Boss" revolves around respect for your body, service to the community, and academic initiative.
