Like a sympathetic world leader, or a sly cult leader, they tend to be direct and  "larger than life" when story telling or joking. It also says no others group is an good at remaining resolute in conflict, often "leading the charge into the mouth of hell" as the website stated. Most ENTJ's do somethings with business development or engineering , jobs that require specific planning and sticking to the plan. Many high and mid-ranking management positions are filled by ENTJ's, which is where i disagree. I like being a leader, but i dont like telling people what to do, and also rely on them to get the job done how i would want it done, i feel i would be a micro-manager and not many people would like me.
