It didn't work well. I didn't like that I couldn't see him organizing and drafting his notes to understand the prompt. It did help him produce work because he struggles to write with a pencil though. I got a lot of responses and now have a small database of scientists to skype with from around the country. I have had a zoologist that skyped us from Madagascar, an indoor air quality scientist from the EPA, an occupational therapist, a submarine engineer and a virtual field trip with the Academy of Science in San Francisco!
