To summarize the causes of the revolution, the students will watch this BrainPop video with their classmates. This would be one of the first activities for the unit. After watching the video, the students will write down their key ideas and the class will then create a KWL chart. For the exit slip, the students will be responsible for creating their own KWL to add to the classroom chart. As the unit continues, the class will continue to add to this chart until the end. The last day of the unit, the class will try and answer all the W's on the chart.

Causes of the American Revolution. (n.d.).
