Visibility Impact on Engagement at GEH vs. MNH

The GEH setup attracted more people due to its visible location near the hospital cafeteria, while at MNH, being behind the cafeteria required us to stand by the entrance to engage more visitors. - LA

The number of notebooks does not tally with the number of followers - not sure what’s the issue here. Maybe can make sure staff actually followed before giving the notebook if not cannot justify the cost?

YW: On duty at the freebie's booth at 80B. Not many of the staff come to our booth. We went to their desk in Phase 1 and 2 and to the TR to get them to scan the social media QRs and the Learning Road Map code.

YW: Too many QR codes to scan at one time. They do not spend enough time to look at the contents of the websites or the social media posts. Suggestion for future festival: Have a questionnaire that captures the visitors understanding of the LRM portal / the social media post. Upon submission of the quiz - they get a gift. This will also capture the number of people who had login to the LRM portal.

YW: minor hiccups. Some graduates and VIP arrived early, and ushers not available at the entrance. Could be smoother. Those RO who came late did not have a seat. Suggestion: Ushers to be at entrance 30 mins before the start time

Request for VIP and Graduate Identification Materials

Please consider providing softcopy photos of VIPs and graduates for easier identification. Although we may already be familiar with some, such as the CEOs of hospitals, having these will help us address everyone appropriately and support sustainability. Alternatively, a list of invitees would work, with the responsibility on the ushers to identify everyone. This approach supports sustainability and ensures we address each individual appropriately. - LA
