facts 
it is against the rules for a player to hit the ball two times in a row, and for the team to hit the ball more than three times. In order to defend take control of the ball, and return it with a spike.  we can forget o rotate  every time you serve, and move clockwise. when attacking and defending we cannot touch the net, and having prolonged contact with a ball is a faul.

Balance- what i've observed is that in volleyball one key component is ‘balance’ and the reason for that being a component is because you need to have balance over the ball so that it's easier for you to play the game. 

Speed- another very obvious component is ‘speed’ this component is added because speed is important when defending the ball or when returning the ball back to the opponent team. 

Flexibility- another thing that's very important is ‘flexibility’ and by that i refer to jumping because when playing volleyball it's important to be able to jump high in order to reach the top of the net for easier defending.
