Don't wait for anything to disappear. Do it yourself. By not putting labels on each other, treat everybody equally no matter what their race is. Teach the new generation, us, and wait for the magic to happen. 

Another solution is to move to another planet and restart the human civilization with the smartest human beings.

The best way should be somehow enabling people of the discriminated races to show their ability to work, live, etc, like a normal people (to the right of the undiscriminates). If people of t he discriminated race can prove to the remainder of the society that they can do as good as the rest, why would they not be recognized and accepted?
