My name is Aigerim, and my students call me Miss Kesha. However, Assel prefers to call me "Shiku". 

I am an optimistic educational enthusiast, who is deeply interested in:

• effective teaching and assessment methodology, 
• curriculum and materials development;
• educational innovations and leadership;
• management and research in higher education;

As a faculty member, I might be helpful by sharing experience, providing support in internal policy and regulations, and motivating you when you are down.

Also, I would like to build and be a part of a strong professional network of inspiring and innovative teacher-researchers who will further contribute to the development of education in Kazakhstan.

I hold MA in Education from Suleyman Demirel University, CELTA (Pass B) certificate, and I am currently doing MSc in Educational Leadership (Higher Education) at Nazarbayev University.
