         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Whole Grains</strong>- wheat, oats, barley, wild/brown rice<br>- white flour has most fiber, vitamins and other nutrients have been removed<br>-enriches grains- are simple white flour with added vitamins<br><strong>Fruits</strong>- should eat a wide variety with every meal<br>-most fruits the skin is insoluble fiber and the pulp is soluble fiber.<br>-organic fruits have little or no pesticides. (always wash the fruit)<br><strong>Vegetables- </strong>frozen vegetables hold as much nutrition and fiber as fresh vegetables<br>-broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and cauliflower contain sulforaphane which has strong anti-cancer properties<br>-legumes, beans, peas and soybeans are high in soluble fiber<br>- nuts and seeds high in fiber and are a good substitute for sweet/candies/baked goods. </div>]]></description>
