Technology gives us the opportunity to learn at all ages. However, too much access to technology can cause us to rely on technology for all knowledge, which can be a bad thing. As long as we find a balance between finding knowledge and remembering the information.

Children of the past were very mobile and would play outside all day. Nowadays, children greatly rely on technology for the majority of their play, limiting their imaginations and also their mobility. Technology greatly stimulates childrens' senses, but not their optimal sensory and motor development. Children are becoming more and more sedentary, and teachers are finding that they struggle with self-regulation and attention skills, which can become significant behaviour management problems.
