Having to start school in April and ending in March was what surprised me the most. I already knew that the students have a lot of work and can never really have a break. I would implement the janitors. I would want the students in our school to learn how to clean up after themselves.

What surprised me the most was they have a curfew. I already knew that they have more work to do. I would implement the janitor because all the janitors always have to clean up after us so, people should learn how to clean up after themselves and pick up their trash.

What’s surprising to me is that in Japanese schools they don’t have janitors so the students have to clean up after themselves which teaches them responsibility. Something I already knew was that they had strict policies like how they dress, learning and how they have their hair and makeup. I would want the students to have the same respect towards the teachers or the students, the same way the Japanese students have in Japan.

Something that surprised  me was that they have to clean the school every day because there are no custodians and something that I already knew well supposed was that they had to change shoes for some that they can wear inside the school and i think i would implement the janitors because many students do not know what cleaning is and do not respect clean places.

What surprised me the most was that the school ends very early and that their transportation was very different and the expectations they have to have is odd to me

Something I found surprising was the fact that the students take care and clean up after themselves and how long their school year and something I would definitely implement is the students being in some sort of school club because it helps social skills build and also others depending what club theyre in

Something I found suprising was that the students clean up themselves, and they have different sets of shoes, Something I already knew was that they had to bow to greet each other.

the fact that they start school in april and end in march is just crazy and the fact that they have to clean after themselves because they don't have any janitors and the students have to clean up after themselves , and even know they have so much work and they aren't getting a brake because they only go for a short period of time.

Something that surprised me reading the article was that there’s a lot of things that Japan has different to the US schools . That they basically have to look after themselves . Some thing I already knew was that Japan schools expect a lot from their students as explained in article . Something I would implement from Japan schools to us schools would be that they should focus more of the students character instead of focusing to much on grades and testing .

What surprised me was how long their school year was . I already knew they had to pick up after themselves . I would not change anything about our school.
