         <description><![CDATA[<p>A child's primary caregiver needs to continue library</p><p>&nbsp;advocacy and reading outside the library.&nbsp; In the library</p><p>setting though, a Children's librarian is the best specialist</p><p>for the child because they have been trained and taught</p><p>how to interact with the child, how to help them, to educate </p><p>them, and are knowledgeable of what books will be good for</p><p>the child.&nbsp; Standard librarians without training may have a </p><p>harder time doing this.</p>]]></description>
