To use Padlet at the end allows for a safe space to share how each teacher has applied this work or has questions, can offer feedback, AND make suggestions for further PD!


To tie it to today's work, having teachers and your students share a response to a reading so they can see what their peers are doing sets a tone for "Oh wow, I better bring my A game, because everyone is going to see it!" But first, I always establish expectations by doing first what I want them to do...and then I give them a tutorial to see how to do more. Even if they've seen it, when they are ready to really use it, they know how to access it!  ~Barri
