The Seven Gifts We Get From the Holy Spirit in Confirmation:
1. Wisdom
2. Understanding
3. Right Judgement
4. Courage
5. Knowledge
6. Reverance
7. Wonder and Awe

Steps:
1. Profession of faith (basic Christian beliefs spelt out in the Apostles’ Creed).
2. The laying on of the hands (as the seven gifts of the Holy Spirit are prayed for).
3. The anointing with the Chrism (seals the confirmation, makes sure it can never be broken).
4. - it originated from around jesus’ time when Jewish people sought to purify their sins, so they would do this through a religious ritual known as baptism.
