         <description><![CDATA[<div>Formative Assessments sound like having a classroom environment where students are not afraid to make mistakes as they learn because they are not always "graded" or "evaluated". It allows them to reflect on their own progress and receive feedback from their peers and teachers. Through this feedback, they will be able to have full accountability of their own learning.&nbsp;The classroom climate becomes more supportive and collaborative.</div>]]></description>
