1.jack was able to deliver a clear and well planned session to the group, advancing at a steady rate, good for our overall group ability.

2. jack could of improved his session by helping the mats or benches slide less by prompting something behind them or placing them on a not so slippy surface. He could of also made 2 stations whereby there would be less sitting around so everyone was doing something.

3. I would rate Jacks overall session a 4 out of 5.

1. Jack had a very good coaching session and I feel he had a lot of strengths throughout his session. He spoke clearly and explained each drill along with organised planning of the session progressing the group on well.

2. I feel that jack could improve on bringing the group closer together so that he doesn't have to move about that much and turn his back etc. More feedback for the group and personal use would be good whether it is good or bad but other than that all good.

3. I would rate Jacks session a 4 out of 5.

1. Jack's coaching session was very good, he spoke clearly and loudly and explained each step. He demonstrated step by step the skill that would get you basic knowledge of how to do a hand stand.
2.Jack could improve on coaching more on a one to one with the participants who needed a bit more help. Jack would need to take into consideration his positioning to the group there were points were he was talking down to the floor or standing behind the group.
3. Overall I would rate Jake a 4 out of 5

1. I felt as though Jack's session was very informative and he explained his session well, telling us exactly what we were going to do and how he wanted us to do it, because I personally cannot do a handstand, i thought he taught it very well, and gave me tips throughout the session.
2. I think that Jack could have talked a bit louder, as sometimes he had his back to us or he was walking around when we were doing the drill, making it hard to hear what he was trying to say. He could have also set up 2 stations so everyone could have joined in at the same time.
3. I give Jack 4 out of 5 for his session

1. I thought Jacks session was excellent, he was loud and clear and his session progressed appropriately.
2. I think Jack should consider waiting for people who are struggling before progressing onto the next stage, also some one on one feedback to participants when doing the technique would be good.
3. I would rate Jacks session a 5 out of 5.

1. I thought Jack had a very clear voice and he projected it very well so that everyone could hear him. He also gave good feedback to everyone individually.
2. I think Jack could have made more progression throughout his session. I think he should also think about splitting the group so people aren't waiting about.
3. Overall I would score Jacks session a 4 out of 5.

1.Jack delivered a professional and technical session with supreme confidence and very clear instruction, He was able to demonstrate his techniques perfectly before we attempted them.
2. Jack could have given individual feedback as i was unsure of my technique during the more difficult techniques, he could also have made more space so we could have all participated at once.
3. i would give jack a 3/5

i think Jack had good positioning to make sure he was facing the group at all times which helped the group hear him. He explained each drill well and was easy to understand.
i think jack could have raised his voice a bit more as it was hard to hear him at points and he could have had more positions for people to do drills without having people sit out.

4
