Teachers really do not have the time to create this stuff on a regular basis. I skipped ahead in the course to see all of the wonderful resources on classroom management and parent conferences. I was about to comment that that that was missing from the training. The only thing I would still like to have is some sort of calendar and timeline for expectations for the mentee. For teachers struggling with the technology, the BC students would provide the support needed. It is nice to refresh some professional standards and dig deeper in new technology tools because this is the future of our field.
