International students - transactional culture e.g. paying for a service and trying to maange those expectations
Level 3 Grade inflations - Students coming to university are unprepared because their predicted grades have been inflated.
Second choice - Students may not have had an alternative choice e.g. many would prefer to go on a gap year or find a job but could not during Covid
Age distribution - High population of mature students as many people choose to retrain due to Brexit, Recession, Covid etc.
Technology - Anecdotally, feels like Careers Services aren't included in learning about new learning technologies and the use of it in the same way that academic staff are
