There are many factors related to cyberbullying and it is important to know them.
1)They  have low self esteem.
2)They don't know how the other person can feel.
3)They may have problems processing emotions.
4)It can be part of a more serius psychiatric disease course.
5)They may have experienced or saw aggresive behavior in adults.
