The Warsaw Uprising was a major event that took place during World War II. This put the woman in a crucial place. These women then had to serve in combat roles, as officers, and provided extra help, such as cooking or cleaning. Many women also acted as nurses or helped in the underground press. They helped many Jews and Jewish children by hiding them in underground to keep them out of the Nazis site. Hiter and his Nazi group hated the Jews this was a way of protecting them.

Overall, these women during the Warsaw Uprising made a significant impact. These women were very considerate and dedicated to what they desired. Due to this, the aftermath was much worse. Many women suffered death and violence while attending their assigned jobs. This also led to much destruction and sent many civilians into concentration camps.

[...] With contempt for death, they compete with each other to be given the most challenging and life-threatening tasks. They set a remarkable example of dedication to the fight for freedom and the defence of Poland. The country can be assured of its future when such extraordinary women enter the arena of Polish public life in great numbers - a phenomenon certainly unseen over the centuries [...].

Colonel Antoni Chruściel “Monter”

The Warsaw women had many acts of resistance. They would fight back against the nazis by joining underground movements to get important information and then spread the news. They informed many people about Hitler and what he was doing to jews and many others. They also helped hide Jewish people from Hitler so they would be safe. They started education movements underground. They also provided Jews with lots of resources they needed. They often protested against Hitler and what he was doing. They also went to the ghettos and helped many struggling people in many different ways. These are the many examples of how the Warsaw women fought back and resisted.
