         <description><![CDATA[<p>Hi everyone, I’m managing a local supermarket and we’ve just introduced more automation, like self-checkouts and automatic doors. Unfortunately, this means a few shop assistant and security roles might become redundant.</p><p><br></p><p>This is the first time I’ve had to manage staff terminations since becoming a manager.
