The Teacher introduces a new technology named as " SOCRATE". It is basically a Student-Oriented Technology. It enables you to engage & assess students on any device during class. Students have to answer in given time. It shows live results, so that the teacher would have a better idea of How much student learnt. Then teacher should adjust the strategy accordingly. You can also create your own Quiz, Multiple choice, True/false, Short answers and homework as well. You can create a room and add up to 150 students in it.
Basically, It is an efficient way to monitor and Evaluate learning that saves time for Teacher as well.

By incorporating technology,the teacher can now get quick responses from the whole class in a short time to see if she needs to reteach something or how well her lesson went.
Instead of waiting for the assessments, she can now figure out the level of her kids through their individual responses in a click via the edmodo app.The answers are prompt and are shared on a single platform where the teacher can leave charts, whole class can see it,do the discussions and even practice the skills later at home.
With the use of these apps,she can work on the areas in her lesson or on the ILP students that need more attention right away.This way she has noticed improvement in kid's grades.

The application of such tools can result in more interactive session. More importantly, teacher can instantly check the feedback and understanding of students. It saves the time of both parties and ensures effective time management. By using this online format teacher can come up with the multiple approaches such as forms, open or close ended questions or MCQ based activities. In short, it works both way as it is helping both teachers and students with the self assessment.

It was a delight to watch a student centered class environment where students were totally engaged and submerged in the learning process. No doubt all hail to the teacher who has used technology to impart and collect knowledge.
