         <description><![CDATA[<div>Only 14% of our students earned an AA degree within eight years of graduation.<br>Maybe we are focusing too much on enrollment into post-secondary options rather than persistence.<br>No data is presented about apprenticeships or military.<br>Access to resources is a barrier. (No public transportation in our area.)<br>Need more hands on classes at our high schools that then feed into PCSC or 2-year programs.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
