I design and execute all training efforts within the coaching center and oversee the quality analysis of coaching efforts within the center. I have worked in learning and workforce development for 12 years in telecommunication, private and public health insurance, and higher education fields. I'm a lifetime learner and I love taking on new projects, mastering them and helping others to understand and work with information and within systems. I love helping people succeed in work and life. I pursued my education for about three years and was working simultaneously in a church as a musician. Sadly, the experience of doing both simultaneously drained me and diminished my enjoyment of performing. Now I just do this on the side. Over the past 8 years I have slowly finished a B.S. in Psychology through Liberty University online while raising my kids and working full time. This is my first Masters Degree and I'm looking forward to learning all about the philosophy and skills around learning technology and rounding out my work experience in the classroom.
