He encourages me to try new things. I respect him because he has good values. He practices throwing and pitching with me in the backyard. I also respect him because he takes the time out of his day to help me get better at softball. But one of the biggest reasons why i respect him is because he hasn't let up on me despite how many times I accidentally hit him with a wild pitch or when I broke the fence.
