I am writing this letter because i want to know how did you success a lot of failure.

In my opinion you are such unsuccessful person. I think that way because our system is such a mess and your responsibilty is fixing the system and making way better education. But you did the opposite one. And that's why students don't like you. If you want to win us back, you have to built better education system. It's not that hard. First observe other countries education system. Then make an another system like other countries but it must be original. And then hire  good workers for this system. If you do that students will love you. 

And by the way don't change the system every 2 years.

I want writing this letter because I want to mention something.

You know our country is going down. Everything is bad now . Economy,education, life standarts...
So we can only put this situation to one thing and thats the education and you are president of education for turkey so why all this situations happened like do you have any diploma my president because I dont know like you are acting like you dont know what you are doing.
If the president choose you for this job you need to listen your people and help them because they are customer you know what I am saying?
If you want to do better things our people are waiting to help like you can fix the system add some new things but you are doing what??

Dear Ziya Selçuk,
I am writing this letter to give some advices about our education system. Also I want to know what will be our educational path for next year.
First of all, we are in really unusual situation and we are at home all the time. I know, you are doing your best. 
The problem is our educational system. As you know, if we need to be a succesfull person, develop ourselfes and then develop our country. But in turkey, nobody cares about education. It is just like a procedure. If we are not good at maths, we are not succesfull. Maybe you know one of fhe einstein's quetos "Everyone is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.". We just do this with our education system and we need to change it. I know it is hard but we can start at one part. We should care more about education. Maybe we need to change our proirity list. I know building roads and bridges are important but we should more care about our country's teenagers and education. Because the people who lives know -as a adult- may die in fifty years but the teenagers will live and develop our country. For my opinion, their educations are more important. If we have a strong education system, we can be a developed country.
