I interviewed my grandmother who was born around the 1950's and she remembers the teacher struggling often to get the overhead projector to work properly. She says it was never really clear like ever.

The chalkboard was very hated by most students she said it gave most of them chills because this one teacher he had would press down so hard it made her skin goosebumps.

She stated this new technology made learning more fun and it exited students. It made her easily understand more things when the teacher would show films through the overhead projector and the headphones made her relax making it easier to her to gain new information.

Her favorite technology in school was 100% the overhead projector.

I interviewed my brother who is currently in high school and most of his work is online. After the pandemic they had to learn many technology skills on their pwn. He states he didn't know how to save a pdf/docx and turn it in before. His favorite tool in school right now is his assigned chrome book. Since he misses school a lot due to personal reasons he is able to complete his work from home and maintain a good grade.

He sais he has currently not been introduced to any new technology at school but at home he loves "Alexa." He states that is his favorite and current new technology aside from his game counsel.
