         <description><![CDATA[<div>The building was built in 1903 by the fifth Archbishop of Port of Spain, Patrick Vincent flood. on November 9 2009 the late Patrick manning opened the building that adopted the legacy of the princes. it has hosted many events over the decades and for the the inaugural Music Festival event as the venue. the most popular use was as the home of the late Lord Kitchener's Calypso Revue Tent.   </div>]]></description>
