My family told me last because they knew i would take it the hardest because i was his favourite and we were tight asf. But my family and friends supported me by bringing up the good memories i had with him. Thinking about the good times made me wanna go to the funeral because it made me feel good but still hurt about everything

+ Had support from family & friends, Positive Flashbacks (Memories we had together)
- Felt pain (brokenness), Wanting to go suicide just to be with him again (negative thoughts)

Also trying to hold myself up on the first tournament day,  knowing I wasn't there to say my goodbyes! 

(+) Team Mates & Coaches & Supportive Family! Motivated me to strive and play harder! 

( - ) Hated the fact that everyone was making decisions for me and never asked what I wanted...also when in America I felt weak and I didn't know how to react/feel because I didn't want my emotions to take its toll on my team and for everyone to be on a down buzz! Also I took my anger and frustration out on a lot of people!

Took a while to understand why she did what she did and was difficult to continue on coaching. The whole team really struggled.
