- Ask your team members to pretend like statues illustrating your findings(aka tableaus). 

- Do a tiktok dance with meaningful actions to represent what you gathered. Team effort, so all must dance.

•       Data may inform, but do not collect for sake of collecting, we need to make meaning and connections. Should measure the impact and not just see the need. Find out the measurable. Measurable and impact is lasting 

•       Only see own needs, failure to put in other people’s shoes, blame it on other people. 

•       Author’s of our own narrative, external factor that we cannot control. Putting focus in what we can control.
