         <description><![CDATA[<div>Movement agility<br>Learning Objective <br><strong>To create a full scope and sequence for parkour</strong>.<br>One way to scaffold this:&nbsp;<br>-We start at the end...the main objectives for the progression.&nbsp;<br>We use our regular practice of progressing pupils through a recursive (revisiting) spiral approach.&nbsp;<br>If at home or on campus and or in school, please post images of the skill progression through a novice to proficient mover.<br>Please post your scaffolding progressions. &nbsp;<br>Remember the basics- identify the moves, break them down and teach them, then link into sequences which can be explored and extended with additional gym/playground design.&nbsp;<br>Safety: Check the environment, challenge along the floor level using movement concepts and patterns- you can build challenge without having to build height for example.&nbsp;<br>Provide and model choice options for entry and exit to skills and equipment.&nbsp;<br>Best wishes, Allie, @allieroehampton.ac.uk<br>Questions and ideas to share: please contact us<br>alison.murray@roehampton.ac.uk</div>]]></description>
