It stated that (in VA) the power resides not with the government but instead with the people. The government cannot restrict you from exercising a certain religion. Everyone is protected by law. And everyone has to abide by the law, even government officials. The government cannot infringe the press. The bill of rights is impacted by this document.</div>]]></description>
