you can create a mass schedule which will allow people to know when your masses are open or closed if you plan on having masses open daily for certain times. you can also have schedules to let people know when they can open a ticket and when they cannot.

discord has a 100 server join limit and 200 if you have discord nitro. if you plan on working for lots of servers or hiring many apms that require reps in their portals, you might need an alternative/alt account. to make it easier, you can use a default account (irusuportal@gmail.com) and then add a +1 or 01 to the end of it and continue that process as you go.

when organizing your portal, there is a couple of ways you can do it. when looking at portal channels, you should make sure to include ticket, portal, and mass info, and more minimal channels can be made into one. as for mass channels - the channels the servers are listed in - you can categorize by member count, server type, etc. member count goes least to greatest or greatest to least. server type can be minimal, gfx, icon, community, etc. you can also go further and organize alphabetically, oldest-newest joined, etc.

it's also helpful to make it known how people should mass, top to bottom or bottom to top because it will make the process easier and make it easier to mass properly

how to handpick???!?!

note: this is how i handpick my servers so don't take this seriously ,, ik other people have diff methods

1. disboard
- you can handpick servers through disboard! just search a theme/aes of a server you wanna work for through the search bar
- for example, i want to work for anime servers. so i search "anime" then i filter from 'bumped recently' to 'member count', so i can see the big servers till the small ones
- then if i see a server i like on there, i join a server through an inv if there is! (lots of servers on disboard r invalid sadly so it may take a while to find one that you like!)
- i check if they have a prt/aff channel, and if they do and hire free apms ask them (the owner/staff of the server) if you can work there!

2. dm affs
- usually when you join a server, they'd usually have bots dm you networks/affs of the server
- you can look back dms through bots like dyno, sx4 Canary, mee6, invite tracker, and many more
- they have a lot of servers to choose from dm affs, but it honestly depends on how many servers you join and how many bots dm you invs etc etc

3. promos
- lots of servers also have promo channels, like the one you see from the nw gws or p4p or networks that are in channels in the server!
- if the server that are in these promos to your liking, you may join and ask if you can apm there!

extra:
4. head apms: not rly recommended to be hired by a hapm due to them hiring a lot of apms for the server already, and that can ruin your invite to partner ratio
- BUT: sometimes the apms that are being hired are inactive ,, so there is a 50/50% chance that getting hired by hapms is efficient and okay!

5. checking thru prt/aff channels
- DO NOT do this. unless if you're looking from a prt/aff that was from like 4 months ago and beyond that's fine. but if it was recent it can be classified as stealing, so refrain from looking from the prt/aff channels for servers you wanna work for
