2) Building the brand reputation: We can build a solid online presence through SEO. We can also respond to feedbacks and create a memorable customer experience.
3) Weak advertising: We should hire qualified people that are creative enough to kniw how to grab costumers attention. Using attention-grabbing statements or questions that should come from the point of view of our customer, not our own.
4) low income: As we mentioned low income was because of working on one brand design & style. That's why i would say that providing our costumers with different designs, styles, colors, and sizes would help in the income.
5) The negative environmental impact of the factory: We can switch to renewable energy sources. Another idea that would be extremely friendly with the environment is to recycle things: fabrics.
