Serving patients from his office and in several hospitals, Dr. Norman Rowe has developed techniques in breast enhancement and reconstruction and nose reshaping that leave nearly invisible scars. He is also skilled in applying anti-aging treatments to the skin. After earning an undergraduate degree in biology and chemistry from the University of Louisville, Dr. Rowe earned his MD at Tulane University, followed by another MD in plastic surgery from New York University. Upon graduating from Tulane, Dr. Rowe served his internship and residencies at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Rowe won several awards for his research, including the best scientific content of a presentation from the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. He is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Medical Association, and the American College of Surgeons. The author of some 50 journal articles, Dr. Rowe’s work has been featured in Harper’s Bazaar.
