I think the rich guy should get the medicine, due to the fact he has money to give the board to increase the research and care for the incurable disease, he's also shown to be extremely charitable, giving him the medicine now would help him give money to the medical board, in thus, giving more money for research purposes and opening opportunities for less incurable disease like this one.

You can argue that the doctor of all the choices should be the no brainer, but within that argument, the doctor only said medical breakthrough, that doesn't entail this incurable disease that these 5 people are suffering through, so having the one person who will go out of his way to fund for a facility that will take care of this incurable disease is a lot more promising than that.

I believe candidate 3 is the best option because he is quite wealthy and could use his money to help more people like he says he will, and he could create an opportunity to eradicate the disease. He has also proven that he is very charitable and cares about more than just himself so it could be believe that he will stand by his word and build the treatment facilities.

If I was in this situation I would choose the 42 year old male. The reason that I say this is because his kids would be losing everything if he didn't get this treatment. There is no easy choice in this decision. All of these people sound like great people, and it seems like they will all live good lives. But, with candidate 4 we will be essentially saving the lives of his 4 kids. If they were to go into a foster home, you never know what could happen. They could find a great family, or they could be stuck in the foster system for the rest of their kid years. Their dad is all they have left and he should be saved.

I have chose to give the cure to give the cure to candidate 3. He was picked for a couple reasons, first he is extremely rich therefore he can pay for the treatment. Another reason I chose him is because he claims he will build a clinic for people with the same disease, so theoretically all of the other candidates can still get the treatment. On top of all of that he donates millions of dollars to charities and likely donated to the research of this cure.

I feel candidate 3 is the better option because if he gets the medicine, he will be able to save multiple lives by helping the medical companies mass produce the cure to this disease. Now i know you could make the argument of Candidate 4 but here's why candidate 3 is a better choice. If Candidate 3 gets the cure in time he will be able to help with the medical production of this cure. With the medical advances he might be able to save everyone on this list and get their lives back to the way they used to be. Another argument could be given that the Nurse is a better option. But her is why I feel the rich guy is a way better choice. First off with him having all the money he has he could fund more medical research to multiple different medical companies than just the one with the cure he got.

Candidate 4 deserves the detail since he is a vital part of his household. Without him his kids would be left without any other family members to take care of them. This would result in getting sent to foster homes. Foster homes are known for separating siblings. If they are separated, they might lose track of one another. This experience would be extremely taxing on the children's mental health. If candidate 4 gets the serum he would be able to care for the kids himself. If not, then it might permanently scar his children especially the older ones.

I believe that candidate three should get the cure. My argument for this is that candidate three has a lot of money that he is willing to spend for this cause, and a cure has already been made. If candidate three is given the cure his money can be used to fund a team of researchers who can replicate the cure and save many from suffering and dying from this disease in the future. In this situation the question you ask yourself should be who will help save the most lives. Not one of the candidates was a criminal or even a bad person therefore, you cannot choose based off morals. Choosing off morals might lead you to choose the 15 year old girl because she is the youngest. Yet, she has no impact on creating a more accessible cure and would be of no use to help others with the disease. This is why I think candidate three is the best option because research takes money and money is one thing he has.

Candidate 4 should be the recipient for the new medicine. The reason is he has a 5 kid and works 2 jobs to keep his family running. If he does not get to be cured soon his kids would be taken away and put into foster care because he could not provide for them. Plus being a single father and not having any relatives he has no choice but try to get better the quickest. He has 5 kids who could have a great future with there dad discipling them on how to work hard. Without a dad or parents a bright future for most would not be possible. Foster kids have a less percent chance of having a good future or having a good job to sustain them and there family compared to those who live with a single father.

I chose candidate 3 because he is offering the chance to fund research for this medicine from his own pocket. this could help focus on curing the disease rather than mass companies producing it for financial gain. While I see where he could get some financial gain from this research, it wouldn't be a lot. After he funds the research, it could end the disease before it affects anyone else. Another reason is so that he could fund the building process so that the govt. wouldn't have to. This could also have a huge effect on how the medical industry works. for example, it could inspire more people to help fund research for other diseases. That are just some reasons why candidate 3 is the best option.

I think that Candidate 2 deserves the cure because she is the youngest and has her whole life ahead of her. She also has plans to be a nurse and could help with improving the cure. While age shouldn't be the only factor in my choice, it definitely plays a role in my decision. She can help further advance Candidate 5's medical knowledge. Having a different person look at all of the information is vital in making new discoveries. I think through all of it she would best be able to perfect the cure. Few others would have the drive to try to replicate a cure when they themselves don't know the pain it causes others.

I think that candidate #3 should get the treatment first. I think that he should get it first because if he gets the treatment for the disease, he will build a medical building to treat if for other people. If he gives charity to build a medical building, there would be so many more people you could save from doing this. This opens up many opportunities as also being able to further the research on this disease. The other candidates' lives are just as important, but with the help of the funding from #3 he can help with the process of giving them treatment with the new medical building. There would also be a greater chance of the other candidates getting medical treatment faster, since he seems like he would also donate to the making of the cure to give to the other people. This is why i pick #3, he seems like one of the best people to give it to because he can also help the other people. If there is a possibility of helping more people, it seems like a better option than only helping 1.

I think candidate 2 deserves the medicine. She is only 15 years old; she has a lot more of her life to live. Even though some of the other candidates are rich and wealthy and amazing doctor. It is a difficult choice all of the candidates where great people and had a lot going for them. Although She is just a kid who hasn't got her chance at become something yet. She is an only child Imagen you are her parents, and you see the only cure for her sickness goes to a 36-year-old man just because he is wealthy. She is also wanting to go to school and become a nurse so one day she could help others with the same sickness. I wish I could have all of them get the cure but at the end of the day I think candidate 2 deserves it the most.

Since she is a teenager, she will recover quickly from any side effects of the medicine, and her immune system will react to it quickly, healing the disease. Since the candidate is also studying to be a nurse, she will understand how medicine works and study further into it to be able to redistribute it to other patients who also suffer from the disease. However, although the disease affects the candidate's daily life and studying may seem difficult for her, she seems determined enough to push through in school, become a nurse, and investigate the cure for the disease. If the cure is a failure, and the candidate unfortunately passes away from a weak medicinal cure, doctors can investigate her conditions before death, see what can be changed, and work hard to better the medicine to cure other patients. If it is a success, doctors can investigate how medicine reacted with her immune system and what is needed in the medicine needed to cure the disease in every patient with different immune system strengths. When successful, doctors may publicize the documentation of the cure so that other future doctors and nurses may study them, like the candidate who plans to be a nurse. Then, with the information and success of the cure prototype, better and more successful cures can be developed by future doctors and nurses to lessen the risk of the disease, much like the Black Plague (which isn't diagnosed as often today as it did at its time, as we now have successful cures and stronger immune systems.)

I believe that candidate 2 should recieve the cure because she is only 15 and works hard in school. she still has most of her life to still live unlike the other candidates. she wants to be a doctor when she grows up and can help people in the longrun. if candidate 2 recieves the cure, she would be more motivated to become a doctor when she grows up and can help people like she was helped.

I believe that Candidate 5 is the best candidate because she has the greatest propensity to help the greatest number of people. While she has lived the longest and has the least amount of time ahead of her, she also has the greatest opportunity to help the greatest number of people. The only other that I could see as another contender is the 15-year-old because she has so much life ahead of her and thus it's unpredictable how much she could do for the world.
