The book portrays a girl who was born into a family of scientists but has a mysterious little brother, and 2 normal brothers and they are trying to figure out what happened to their dad. 
2) What I found interesting about the book is that it is written in a graphic novel form and the author and illustrator hooks you in with using different kinds of illustrations in each panel.
