Ben -remember my values don't need to be important to everyone to be important

Neil -Make sure I take and encourage others to take a lunch break

Caszie - reflect that some people may not want lots of people in their inner circle but to be there if others need me and ensure they know i am here

Keren -Smile at others every day

Katie - create a space where it is safe for people to say that they don't know,

caille -facilitate a wellbeing lunch face to face so we can chat about rubbish and not work and have some banter like the old days :)

Laura - I'll strive to challenge stigma and talk openly and passionately about mental health. I'll listen intently to people and get to know the people I am working with and their support networks. I'll fight for people's rights to live the life they choose freely and safely, as far as possible. and I'll continue to challenge my thoughts and actions to improve my practice.
