Las actividades desarrolladas fueron desarrolladas a partir de una busca exhaustivas de fuentes secundarios como; tesis, videos, documentos académicos y artículos científicos.

Además, se utilizaron herramientas como minitab y plantilla de Excel. Por ultimo se recopilo datos de fuentes primarias utilizando la modalidad de encuesta.
