<title>In last year&#39;s survey, one element of our culture that staff identified was the failure to &quot;seek out partnership or feedback with organizations who do direct service work with those most impacted.&quot; It seems like we haven&#39;t made much progress in this regard. Would this be one way to contribute to using RGE as a lens?</title>

<title>Agree with others that we should revisit our progress in building relationships with organizations working with populations impacted by policies and discuss how to address data limitations. Also think it would be helpful to discuss/differentiate between approaching something &quot;through an RGE lens&quot; vs addressing RGE more tangentially, and how we can build a process for collaboration/brainstorming on topics where it seems harder to approach through an RGE lens..</title>

<title>There are a lot of resources on how to integrate a racial equity or gender equity lens -- I don&#39;t think we would have to start from scratch. For additional learning on racial equity, it&#39;s always possible to divide white staff and POC staff into different tracks.</title>

<title>Agree with the statement about failure to seek partnership with other orgs and I see part of the problem coming from our still very siloed approach to developing work plans where there&#39;s little opportunity to collectively brainstorm or share ideas and information from our respective networks, and no formal process for gathering information from other organizations in advance of developing work plans.</title>
